Rental Requirements
- All drinks must be bought from the Frida Farms bar
- All food must be ordered from Frida Farms kitchen. Exceptions will be made for special meals that Frida Farms does not offer
- Cautions & cleaning fees will only be refunded upon management detail inspection and approval
- For any serious consideration, fifty percent (50%) of total rental cost must be received and the balance must be paid 3 days before your event
- When booking for an event, please provide copies of both of your IDs and you must fill out a personal verification form agreeing to the above terms and conditions
- Host must keep their guests in check and is responsible for any damages and/or stolen items by their guests during the event
